South Africa Strategic Plan 2010 - 2015
This is the first Strategic Plan tabled in the National Assembly by the new Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). It represents considerable work undertaken by a department that is in the process of being established and which will, only on 1 April 2010, recieve its members transferred from the Departments of Education and Labour, as well as getting its own budget.
