Thembinkosi is a trained foresighting, innovation, and strategy facilitator and in the past 3 years co-facilitated the South African provincial Foresight exercises for the Eastern Cape, Western Cape, and Gauteng provinces. In 2008 he co-facilitated a foresighting exercise to determine the future of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Biotechnology industries in South Africa. He has also assisted in the development of scenarios and long range strategies for the Gauteng province human settlements, and water Supply.

Participation as a trainee in a national Foresighting project for South Africa. The process demonstrated to me the power of futures thinking towards awakening the creative human spirit. |
